Online store is a website with an Internet address. Product – products presented for sale in an online store.
Client – the individual or legal entity who placed the Order. Order – a duly completed request from the Client to purchase the Product.
Transport company is a third party providing services for the delivery of Goods to Clients:
1. General Provisions
- This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store represented by the site manager at the time of placing an order.
- When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Acceptance of this agreement by the buyer is the placement of an order through the online store website.
- Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods can make a purchase in the online store.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, and therefore the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.
2. Placing an Order
- To place an Order, you must indicate the actual contact coordinates of the Client in the online store.
- The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.
- The Customer's order can be placed in the online store.
- After placing an Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Client.
- If the Client places an Order for the Product in a quantity greater than the Seller has in stock, the Seller informs the Client by sending a message by email or by telephone, specified by the Client during registration, about when the missing quantity of the Product will be available. The Client has the right to agree to accept the Goods in the quantity available to the Seller, or to cancel this item of the Goods from the Order.
- The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples and text descriptions, which are the property of the online store.
- The presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and text information: description, characteristics, dimensions, cost per unit of product, have information about the main consumer properties of the product
- Some Products may differ from those shown in the photograph, namely the shade, pattern on the body, etc. If the Client has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, before placing an Order, the Client must contact the Seller.
